The 26-year-old wants to win a trophy with the club before committing to an extension, despite only joining from Sporting Lisbon 13 months ago. Fortunately for the club's supporters, however, he doesn't appear to be eyeing a move away.

He will wait until the end of the campaign before deciding whether to pen a new United deal, with the midfielder wanting to win a trophy.
