Manchester United great Rio Ferdinand was left unimpressed by defeat at Bournemouth.

The defeat was United's fourth league defeat already this season and followed up their losses to West Ham, Crystal Palace and Newcastle United.

Ferdinand said, "Today they were [a hard watch]. They haven't been in the last three or four games. It was a difficult place to come but you have to come to these places and perform.

"They have done well away from home recently and they were looking to take that confidence into this game but it just never materialised.

"They never got going, there was no constant flow to the way they were playing and the front three looked quite isolated."
