Fenerbahce president Ali Koc believes they can put together a salary package to convince Mesut Ozil to leave Arsenal this summer.

While Ozil is on over €15m-a-year at Arsenal, talk of wage cuts have unsettled the Germany international.

Fanatik says Koc is working with sponsors to put together an offer worth €8m-a-year to Ozil, who will face a huge drop on his salary once his deal expires at Arsenal next year.

As such, Fener are confident their offer will be the most lucrative on the table.

And working in their favour will be Arsenal's desperation to clear Ozil's wages off their books - with the likelihood of the Londoners waiving any fee this summer.
