According to reports, Emmanuel Emenike has joined UAE club Al-Ain on loan, not long after the Nigerian signed a contract extension with Fenerbahce.

Emenike was a part of the Fenerbahce side that finished runners-up to Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig last season.

Sources close to the powerful striker told AfricanFootball.com that he would be joining Arab giants Al-Ain on a temporary deal.

Emenike has been linked with a host of clubs including Tottenham Hotspur, Spartak Moscow, Dynamo Moscow and clubs in the UAE and Qatar.
