Fenerbahce are moving for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas this week.

Off contract in June, Cesc is ready to leave the Blues as the club refuses to adjust their policy of only 12-month deals for players over 30.

Fener are ready to sign the midfielder in January and president Ali Koc is now in London for negotiations with Chelsea.

There is hope from Cesc and Fener that Chelsea will grant the veteran a free transfer.

The midfielder is also interesting AC Milan and PSG.
