Turkish giants Fenerbahce have made contact initial contact with Chelsea regarding a loan move of full-back Baba Rahman, according to Fanatik.
The 23-year-old joined the Blues for an initial £14 million, but could never establish himself at the club.
He was sent on a loan spell with Schalke last season, and the Blues are reportedly looking to cut their losses with him this summer.
PL side Newcastle also reportedly have an interest in the 23-year-old.
