Mesut Ozil's agent suggests a future move to Fenerbahce is not out of the question for his client.
The Arsenal playmaker was the subject of interest for the Turkish giants in the summer but ultimately remained with the Gunners where he is currently contracted until the summer of 2018.
However, Fener have been given hope after comments from Ozil's representative Erkut Sogut indicated that the 26-year-old German playmaker could quite possibly depart the Emirates Stadium for Istanbul at the end of the current campaign.
"Fenerbahce wants to sign Mesut Ozil, but the main thing is he wants to stay at the Emirates Stadium," he said.
"Arsenal will make a decision at the end of the season.
"Nevertheless, it is very difficult to predict in advance that decision.
"If Arsenal agrees to the transfer, Fenerbahce will be a serious option for us."
