The fee generated by Liverpool's sale of Allan Rodrigues de Souza to Atletico Mineiro has been revealed.
The Liverpool Echo says Liverpool have confirmed the departure of Allan - making a profit of more than £2.5million on a player who was unable to ever make an appearance for the Reds.
The European and world champions have agreed a £3.2m deal with Brazilian side Atletico Mineiro for the 22-year-old.
Liverpool have also negotiated a 10% sell-on clause for the midfielder, who due to work permit issues was restricted to six loan moves during his four-and-a-half years at the club.
It represents a decent profit on Allan, with Liverpool having bought him for £500,000 from Internactional in the summer of 2015.
