FC Copenhagen coach Stale Solbakken insists no offer has arrived for Victor Nelsson.

The young defender is said to be subject of a £9m offer from Aston Villa, where former FCK chief Johan Lange has recently joined as football director.

"I can only say that if it is true that it is Johan Lange who manages the transfers in Aston Villa, and that it should be true that they made a bid for Victor Nelsson last week, then there are different two results of it," says Solbakken.

"Either it's a lie. Because I have not heard of any bid for Aston Villa.

"(But) if this is true, then it is Johan Lange who must be asked about it."
