The father of Gonzalo Higuain says he wants to stay with Juventus.

Having spent last season on-loan with AC Milan and Chelsea, Higuain is being linked with AS Roma.

But Jorge Higuain told Radio Continental: "I would like him to finish his career at River Plate, like the whole family.

"With (Marcelo) Gallardo there is a great relationship. It would be nice to finish with him.

"But in Italy he feels good, he is happy. He has a special relationship with the fans and the management, he is in a good time to close his career with Juventus, with whom he still has a two-year contract."
