The father and agent of Juan Mata admits the Manchester United midfielder is weighing up his options.
Mata comes off contract in June and his father, Juan Manuel, says they won't rush into any new agreement.
He told El Larguero: "Manchester have offered to renew us, we are very happy, but there are proposals from Champions League teams, Spain, maybe, but today is not the day to talk, it is not yet decided.
"Go to (Manchester) City? It would not be the ideal option, there are two options that are not considered: Liverpool and City, we have to respect the Manchester fans, he is very loved here."
Juan Manuel was spotted at Barcelona's offices last week.
