The father of Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain says a move to River Plate could yet happen.
Higuain, 31, began his career with River, and his dad Jorge would like to see him end his career with the Argentine giants.
“Gonzalo still has two years left on his contract with Juventus, but he's never closed his doors to River Plate," he told Ole.
“My children grew up at the club, so as a father I'd like them to come back.
“They're professionals so I can't force them to return to Argentina, of course: but I'd like them to."
