Rachid Ghezzal's father hopes the player can end his nightmare at Leicester Cityby signing for Besiktas in Turkey.
The Algerian arrived in 2018 to replace his compatriot Riyad Mahrez in the Foxes' squad, but has struggled to gain regular playing time.
Ghezzal was on loan at Fiorentina in 2019-2020 and Besiktas last term.
He has a year left on his contract and the 29-year-old is eager to move on from Leicester after playing only 19 times in the Premier League.
Speaking to Fanatik, the player's father Mohamed Ghezzal said: "My son is very happy in Besiktas. They will compete in the Champions League this season. Ghezzal will 100 per cent continue his career at Besiktas. We expect the transfer to be completed in a short time.
"After my son's performance this season, Galatasaray also made an offer to us."
