Former AC Milan chief Marco Fassone is reportedly taking legal action against his former employers.
La Repubblica says Fassone is launching legal action against the Rossoneri.
His lawyers are asking for €30m in various damages and missed earnings.
Fassone was the main decision maker of Yonghong Li's failed administration, along with director of sport Massimiliano Mirabelli.
Both were removed from their positions after Yonghong Li defaulted on loan payments, so the club reverted to US hedge fund Elliott Management.
