The family of Brazilian striker Joao Pedro was in Watford on Monday.
The Watford Observer says the Fluminense striker has agreed to join the Hornets after he turns 18 and is currently scheduled to arrive in Hertfordshire in January.
His mother, Flavia, and step-dad Carlos, paid a visit to Watford on Monday to see where Joao Pedro will be plying his trade come the end of next season.
Flavia apparently even tried to speak to her son via video chat, but was unable to as he was training.
Pedro has started preparing for life with Watford by taking English lessons.
