New Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas is simply regarded as a nice bloke.
Even Villas-Boas' family say he is not 'special'. The only thing different about him is that he went into football and did not follow his wealthy father's path.
His cousin, Beatrice Villas-Boas, told The Sun: "He is unique in the family that he was not a doctor or a lawyer.
"He was just a nice, kind guy, who learnt about football, a regular guy.
"To us, he is no one special at all. He was not much better than his cousins at football! But he was at the right place at the right time."
The family get together annually in Guimaraes but Villas-Boas' nearest and dearest all live in an exclusive suburb near Foz in Porto.
The young boss is giving up the perfect family life to move to London. He and wife Joana, 31, and their two young daughters have a house just across the road from his in-laws, with his parents not far away.
Family friend Alberto Conceicao said: "They are a very nice couple, down to earth, even though his parents were very rich."
