Facundo Pellistri impressed as Manchester United U23s defeated Tottenham on Sunday.

United's U23 side extended their winning streak in Premier League 2 to three matches following an entertaining 4-2 victory against Spurs.

A brace from Arnau Puigmal accompanied a bullet header from 16-year-old Shola Shoretire to put United in the driving seat, but they had to work for the win.

Pellistri, making his third competitive appearance since his arrival at the beginning of October and fresh from learning a tough lesson in midweek against Morecambe in the EFL Trophy, produced an assist and impressed on the day.

It marked the signing from Penarol's best performance since his October arrival.
