Cesc Fabregas secured his first Premier League title with Chelsea following the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday.

The Blues clinched the title in front of their supporters at Stamford Bridge and Fabregas revealed that he relished the pressure to become successful at a club like Chelsea.

Asked how he felt at the final whistle, the Spanish midfielder told Sky Sports: "You cannot describe it. We've waited so long for this. It's a relief, a relief. We've been fighting very hard all season. We're very proud.

"Chelsea are a very competitive club - you have the pressure to win, otherwise you get out of the club. I like this kind of pressure. Party time!"

Former Arsenal and Barcelona star Fabregas has provided 17 assists and scored three goals for the Blues this season.
