The FA have refused a request from Manchester United to allocate more FA Cup Final tickets to genuine fans, Sportsmail reports. This season a total of only 50,000 tickets will go to supporters of the two competing teams with the rest of Wembley's 90,000 capacity being filled by corporate guests, charity allocations and representatives of all the FA's member clubs.
This weekend's semi-finalists - United, Everton, Chelsea and Arsenal - will actually get more for these Wembley games, with the clubs receiving in the region of 31,000 tickets each.
This is the same as the allocation for the Carling Cup Final.
