The FA are ready to hand England coach Gareth Southgate a new deal.
His current deal runs up until Euro 2020 but on Thursday the FA board will discuss a new offer, which should see Southgate in office until the end of the 2022 World Cup finals in Qatar, says the Mirror.
The former Middlesbrough boss will see an increase in salary, moving from the current £1.8million per year deal to around £2.5m a year.
Meanwhile, Dan Ashworth is leaving the FA after six years to become Brighton's technical director.
