EXCLUSIVE: Palace, West Brom alerted as Genclerbirligi fullback Dusko Tosic targets England return

Genclerbirligi left-back Dusko Tosic is seeking a return to England.

The 29 year-old Serbia international came close to joining Ronald Koeman's Southampton in the summer and is now pushing to move to England during this month's winter transfer window.

Tosic played in England in 2010, having brief spells with Portsmouth and QPR before moving onto Red Star Belgrade.

The defender is rated the best left-back in Turkey, having been named in the Turkish League's all-star team last season.

A source close to Tosic's camp told tribalfootball.com : "Dusko was close to a couple of Premier League clubs before the start of the season and now wants a move to happen.

"After two successful years with Genclerbirligi, he's confident they won't stand in his way should a Premier League club come calling."

Crystal Palace and Tony Pulis' West Bromwich Albion have been mentioned as potential destinations.
