Exclusive: Get involved - How rebuilt Como 1907 using NFTs to help local charity

A collaboration between Como 1907 and Emergency to help fragile people during these difficult times. This is the basis of the auction proposed by Como, through the Open Sea platform and through the sale of NFT, a tool often used exclusively to get rich or richer.

But why not use it to do good, for charity in a time like this? Como 1907 NFT will be a means to do good and among the prizes there will also be the "Tribuna d'onore a vita". It is a lifetime subscription to follow the team at the stadium.

All the income from the auction will be donated to Emergency and it is certainly something fascinating in this period in which making money is the guiding light of every single project.

The auction should have started on March 1st, to last until the end of the month, but in reality the start of the auction was postponed by a few days, it should now start in the next few days.

The idea behind this project, which must be remembered for an entirely charitable purpose, is that if in the future the NFT will continue to pass from one hand to another, year after year, Emergency will continue to benefit from every single transaction.

The ownership of Como, imagining the auction, thought it could exploit a uniqueness of Como, which is the unique beauty of this particular city, destined in the coming years to become more and more central in the expansion of the Como 1907 brand.

From the city to the community, this could be a name for the project, with the aim of concretely repaying the city for its affection and to promote both the club and Como, with its lake and with its unique characteristics. TribalFootball.com had the chance to talk about this auction with Mirwan Suwarso, official representative of Mola Tv, owner of Como.

Asked what was the motivation behind the NFT auction and partnering with Emergency, Suwarso replied: "Well, the initial thought that we had was that we would like to expand the international exposure of the Como brand, to a larger audience, we understand that we are nothing compared to any other club in Italy.

"We do have one thing that we believe it's special and it's the location where we are. I thought it'd be great to use the location, to use what we have in the community to a market, the football club and the city, to a larger audience and the benefits of a project that could be altruistic in this this time of need." And quizzes on the response to the auction, Suwarso added: "We haven't started yet. They pushed the launch back, so right now the situation is that we're pushing it. If I'm not mistaken they're asking for another seven or eight days to prepare it, the US office it's actually preparing it, they want more time and then they will launch it, very shortly. You're the first one to whom we are talking about it."
