Ex-West Ham whiz Kai Corbett scores on Man Utd debut

Kai Corbett struck on his Manchester United debut after leaving West Ham United last week.

He arrived at Old Trafford from West Ham United and has immediately hit he ground running, scoring on his debut for the Under-18s against Blackburn Rovers.

Corbett's goal was the only goal of the game as United won 1-0 at Blackburn, as he struck from close range.

The right-winger, who had scored four goals in 11 Under-18s Premier League appearances for West Ham this season — and a goal in the EFL trophy against Newport's first team — before making the switch, could now be in contention to feature in the upcoming FA Youth Cup fifth round clash with Leeds United.

Corbett has been one of the more prolific West Ham forwards in the past few years, having scored close to 150 goals in the last few seasons for the Hammers' youth sides.
