Former Granada and Watford striker Odion Ighalo has welcomed interest from Barcelona.

Sport says the Changchun Yatai forward has fuelled speculation he could move to Barcelona this month by retweeting their story linking the Nigerian with the Catalans.

Ighalo, who is currently in England awaiting news over his future, retweeted SPORT's story from Saturday which revealed Barça are looking at him as a short-term option in January.

Munir's exit has forced the Catalan club to turn to the transfer market in an attempt to find cover for Luis Suarez between now and the summer.
