Former Aston Villa assistant coach Neil Critchley is in the frame for the manager's job at QPR.
QPR have agreed a fee with Rangers which will see Michael Beale take charge at Ibrox.
And Critchley is among the names being considered by the R's as a replacement for Beale.
Ironically, the role at Villa opened up for Critchley after Beale, who previously worked as manager Steven Gerrard's assistant at Villa Park, decided to take the leap into the managerial hot-seat after accepting the QPR job.
Now Critchley could follow Beale's path again this time to Loftus Road.
