Sadi Tekelioglu has declared Trabzonspor goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir is on his way to Liverpool.

Cakir has long been linked with the Reds this season.

Tekelioglu has spent several years within the coaching system at Trabzonspor and knows Cakir well.

The current Artvin Hopaspor coach revealed to Takvim, "Liverpool will sign Ugurcan Çakır at the end of the season. Trabzonspor will not say no to Liverpool's offer.

“I met with Ugurcan. He told me that Liverpool took care of him."
