Former Tottenham goalkeeper Michel Vorm has words of praise for current shot stopper Hugo Lloris.

The French veteran has come in for criticism after recent errors.

But Vorm believes Lloris is still one of the best keepers in the league, and pointed out how the likes of David De Gea and Alisson Becker have made mistakes this season as well.

"For me he is one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League," Vorm told Stadium Astro.

"Everyone makes mistakes, Alisson, De Gea, Ederson all make mistakes.

"If you play for Tottenham and France for that long – it says it all.

"You need to look at the whole picture, yes he has made mistakes but how many saves has he made to win games? We've never won a prize, but it goes both ways."
