Former Tottenham and Aston Villa striker Darren Bent has called it quits.
The prolific centre-forward is retiring from the game at the age of 35.
Bent has not been with a team since the end of the 2017/2018 season, when he was released by Derby County.
Now he has called time on a playing career that spanned nearly two decades.
Bent managed 216 goals in 568 appearances in those 18 years.
He also managed four England goals in the 13 caps he earned.
