Former Swansea City boss Francesco Guidolin has revealed he came close to a Serie A return with Udinese.
Guidolin says he remains open to returning to management, but only for a major team.
He told Tuttoudinese: "Yes, there was the possibility of returning to Udine, but there was no follow-up: I stopped, I recovered and looked at something else.
"Now I feel like I'm back, but I have a certain kind of career behind me, so it must be a really stimulating project to convince me to sit on the bench.
"But there's a bit of desire again, I cannot deny it."
