Former Manchester United, Sunderland and Stoke City defender Danny Higginbotham will bring the curtain down on his career in the coming week.
Higginbotham confirmed in his column for The Sentinel: "As for myself, my playing career ends on the international stage with Gibraltar when we face the Faroe Islands tomorrow and Estonia on Wednesday.
"But my association with Gibraltar won't end there because they've asked me to become a part-time coach and so I'll be involved before all their European Championship qualifiers."
