Former Tottenham and West Ham boss Harry Redknapp has plans to buy a football club.

Speaking with former player Peter Crouch, Redknapp opened up on his desire to buy a “lower level" football club as soon as current lockdown restrictions are lifted.

“When we come out of this lockdown, I would like to buy a football club," he said on BBC Radio 5 Live's That Peter Crouch Podcast.

“That is my ambition. Lower level. Division one or division two, maybe even national league, but a club with some potential.

"I would love that – go on Saturday's and get on the coach."
