Former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has claimed his next managerial role must enable him to challenge for trophies.
Although he is considered one of Europe's top coaches, the Argentinian has never won a trophy during his 10 years managing.
“That moment will arrive when we (he and his coaching team) have to win a trophy," Pochettino told The Athletic.
“Society only recognises the one that wins a title and lifts it. We are in this fight to try to do that. But we have lifted many 'trophies'.
"When you leave a good impression with the people you worked with, helped people to progress or when people are proud to have worked with you - they are also trophies that must be celebrated."
