Ex-Spurs, Arsenal star Campbell to take QPR role

Sol Campbell is set for a permanent return to football following a stint in politics.

The 42-year-old former Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal star has been coaching with Queens Park Rangers, according to West London Sport.

QPR boss Ian Holloway is reportedly set to offer Campbell a full-time role at Loftus Road after he obtains his A-License coaching qualification.

It is understood that Campbell, who seriously considered running as Conservative candidate for London Mayor recently, will begin working with the R's U23 side before moving up to the first-team.
