Former Spain coach Javier Clemente has taken aim at Xavi over his work with Barcelona.
Clemente twice coached Espanyol and commented on Sunday's derby draw with Barca.
"He (Xavi) is actually starting to be a coach now. It has a very big open world because he has been a great figure, but now he is acting...," declared Clemente on Deportes Cuatro.
"He wants the players to play like he used to play, and that's not being a good coach. He has to play with the players he has.
"He comes from Al-Sadd, which is as if you train Madrid and you play against Second Division teams."
