Former Roma coach Rudi Garcia says he was proud to work with Francesco Totti.

Garcia guided the Giallorossi to the runner-up position in Serie A for two seasons in a row.

Totti turns 40 today and the coach says: “The capitano has dedicated his footballing life to the Roma shirt, and that's something amazing and beautiful.

“Maybe he's been deprived of winning a bit more. If I could have, I'd have given him the Champions League he deserved."
