Ex-ref Poll: Ban Arsenal's Cazorla for three games

Former Premier League ref Graham Poll says Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla should be banned for diving against West Bromwich Albion.

Poll wrote in the Daily Mail: "Santi Cazorla should face a three-match ban for perhaps the most blatant dive of the season.

"In the 26th minute of a tight match between Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion, Cazorla ran into the West Brom penalty area and went to turn past Steven Reid.

"To be fair to referee Mike Jones, from one angle it looked as though there might have been contact.

"However, you have to be 100 per cent sure to award a penalty and Jones should have had doubts which, had he waited for a second or two, would have been confirmed by the players' reactions."
