Elche coach Albert Toril has spoken of working with Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.

Toril was Castilla boss when Mourinho was in charge of Real Madrid.

"He was very extremist: you were his friend or you were his enemy," Toril recalled to AS.

"I always spoke good of him because he is a great coach. There were personal things I did not like, but I learned a lot. He's one of the best coaches I've ever seen, in terms of work and planning.

"The style you may like more or less ... "

He added: "Either you were with him or against him, and if you made decisions in favor of the club and you did not agree with his opinion, he did not like it."
