Former Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster believes Gareth Bale was angry with Santiago Solari last night.

Bale sparked fresh controversy when shrugging off Lucas Vazquez's attempts to hug him after scoring in victory at Levante.

Schuster says it was coach Solari who was the source of Bale's anger.

Bale, Fede Valverde and Marco Asensio were all told to warm-up by Solari, but it was the Uruguayan who ws first thrown on.

Schuster stated: "If you tell Bale, Asensio and Valverde to warm up, the first one you have to put on is Bale, if you choose another, Bale fumes - and that's what happened."
