League One club Blackpool have been linked with a move for Martin Paterson, reports the Blackpool Gazette.
The Northern Ireland International is a free agent after he terminated his contract with MLS side Orlando City last month.
It is now believed that Paterson's services have been offered to the Seasiders.
The 27-year-old striker made a name for himself during a five-year spell at Burnley where he scored 29 goals.
