Aston Villa are being linked with a winter move for Demba Ba.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the former West Ham United and Newcastle United striker could make a Premier League return just six months after leaving Chelsea for Besiktas.
29-year old Senegal international Ba has been in fine form for the Turkish club, scoring 18 goals in 23 appearances in all competitions, which has prompted interest from Villa who are skint on goals this season with just 11 in 22 league fixtures.
Ba is also a reported target for Hull City and West Bromwich Albion but it is believed that Villa are desperate to bring his scoring exploits to the West Midlands.
