Former Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez is being linked with the Spartak Moscow job.

Spartak coach Domenico Tedesco will leave at the end of the season and the Russians are now sending out feelers for a replacement.

Benitez is currently working in China with Dalian Yifang, but could be tempted back to Europe by Spartak.

Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira reports Sassuolo coach Roberto de Zerbi has already turned down an approach from Spartak, while Leonardo Jardim has also been contacted.

However, Benitez is another big name on the agenda, with it known that he is prepared to return to Europe for the right job.
