England assistant Gary Neville is well aware that Uruguay possesses a very talented attacking line.
As the Three Lions get set to take on the South Americans in Sao Paulo in their second Group D fixture today, the former Manchester United defender has spoken highly of the quality of players that La Celeste boss Oscar Tabarez has at his disposal.
"Look at Suarez. You leave him one-on-one with your defender and you're in trouble.
"In some ways this game could be decided by the obvious: how many times can you get the ball into dangerous positions, into the feet, turned in on goal, to our best players and Uruguay's best players?"
England, who lost to Italy 2-1 in their World Cup opener five days ago, need to record a victory over Uruguay in order to keep their Round of 16 hopes alive.
