Former Manchester United defender Paul McGrath feels his old club lack real leaders.
McGrath explained in the Sunday World: "How Moyes could do with a strong character such as Roy Keane or Gary Neville as his shop-steward in the dressing-room now.
"Who is that Manchester United leader now? It's not Nemanja Vidic, who is quitting the club at the end of the season. It can't be Rio Ferdinand, who is but a shadow of the great player he once was. It's not Robin van Persie, who is moaning more than anyone else this season.
"It will be Wayne Rooney, when he must inherit the captain's armband next August, but surely he has signed for five years on the basis that he will lead Moyes's team, not the dying embers of Fergie's team."
