Former Manchester United captain Antonio Valencia has been released by LDU Quito.
The Ecuador international has been forced to terminate his contract with Quito due to the impact of coronavirus.
"The club and the player, given the conditions, have decided to terminate the agreement," announced Quito in a statement.
Fullback Valencia has been linked with a return to Europe for next season.
The 34 year-old left United last year to return home and sign with Quito.
