Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is on a nice earner for his appearance with Bein Sport.

The Mirror says Mourinho will be paid more than £120,000 for making two appearances on the Qatar-based broadcaster during the Asia Cup.

The sacked Manchester United manager appeared as a pundit on Thursday and gave a wide-ranging interview.

He rejected criticism of his record at Old Trafford, saying people do not know what went on "behind the scenes".

The Portuguese was sacked as United manager last month, with the team since going on to win six straight matches under caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
