Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho admits he must not consider emotion when choosing his next club.

Mourinho has been searching for a managerial job since he was sacked by Manchester United in December.

"The only thing I know is I cannot be emotional. I have to be rational. I have not to choose just because I want to work and I am desperate to work," he told Sky Sports.

"I have to choose because I think it is the right project and motivation for me.

"I want to become stronger than ever and I am studying a lot and working a lot with my new staff to be a great team and to be ready to do it again big.

"So I have to think, rethink, analyse and make the right decision."
