Mikael Silvestre will train with Seattle Sounders following a stint with Portland Timbers this offseason.
The 35-year old former Manchester United, Arsenal, Inter Milan and Werder Bremen defender will join the Sounders for the training camp in Arizona as he looks to win a MLS contract.
Silvestre has been training with Portland recently and even scored a goal against the Sounders in a Desert Friendlies match last week.
