Former Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha has sung the praises of new arrival Jack Grealish.

Grealish made his Premier League debut for City in defeat at Tottenham on Sunday.

“I think Jack Grealish is one of the most exciting attacking talents in English football," Onuoha declared on City's website.

“He could be one of the best in this team which is a statement in itself because this club has the best players in the world.

“His performances are going to have to be at the very top to stay in the team.

“But when you have that desire and love of the game, that's who you want representing your team.

“Everybody respects Grealish, but what he did at Villa is going to be different to what he does at City."
