Former Liverpool goalkeeper Chris Kirkland has backed the Reds to win the Champions League.
Jurgen Klopp's side advanced to the Champions League quarter-finals after sealing a 5-0 aggregate win over Porto on Tuesday night.
Real Madrid also sealed qualification last night, and clubs such as Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Barcelona are expected to join them. But Kirkland, who won the 2005 Champions League with Liverpool, has backed his old club to go all the way.
"I fancy Liverpool," Kirkland told talkSPORT.
"That's not being biased, I just think with the confidence of the team and what Jurgen has done, you can see there's a spring in their step.
"Obviously Manchester City have got every chance as well, but going off seeing Liverpool – I go to a lot of their games – nobody will fancy coming to Anfield, that's for sure."
