Ex-Liverpool defender Agger resigns as HB Koge coach

Former Liverpool defender Dan Agger has left as HB Koge coach.

The Dane had been in charge of Koge since 2021.

He explained on the club's website: "The decision to quit has matured in recent months, and now the timing is right. We all knew it could be a fight to avoid relegation this season and we also lost too much at one point.

"In that situation, we merged. I have appreciated everyday life with the many committed people who are part of HB Köge, and the collaboration with the staff and players has been rewarding."
